Our commitment

CA Buddy is built for Chartered Accountants who hold highly sensitive client data — PAN, Aadhaar, financial statements and more. We treat that data as your firm's property, never ours to sell or mine.

What we collect

Account details you provide (firm name, email, city), the client and document data you choose to store, and basic usage logs needed to run the service securely.

How it's protected

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), with sensitive identifiers such as PAN and Aadhaar additionally encrypted at the field level. Access is role-based and each firm's data is fully isolated from every other firm's.

Data residency

Your data is stored in data centres located in India, in line with the DPDP Act.

Your rights

You can export or delete your firm's data at any time. To make a request or ask a question, contact us.
